If you don't want those to be invisible, it's very simple to just remove the blank texture for them from the mod. Sometimes you find that spring cleaning, or just a big family or office event. It does make some other flora invisible too (kelp, some vines, etc.) so be aware. No More Ugly Things - It basically makes the textures of those ugly, non-collide-able bushes invisible. I'll list what I use, but keep in mind that these mods will effect the entire game. Not worth the hassle and potential issues.
